Our Executive Chef Eric Centeno creates a 3-Course menu paired with wine and
cooks the food 75% of the way; blast chills, vacuum seals and labels all of
the food and ingredients. They are then individually packaged and delivered to all
of the participants allowing for a UNIFIED TEAM BUILDING EVENT.
Learn expert techniques from our Executive Chef, Certified Nutritional Health Coach, Certified Raw Vegan Chef, Eric Centeno. Our producers will use a virtual
platform to show the participants how to put together all of the ingredients while
our executive chef explains tricks of the trade, knife skills, and wine choice.
Exquisite Delites makes this virtual team building event straightforward, fun, most
importantly – DELICIOUS! We take all of the hard part out of cooking to provide
an interactive project where all can participate despite their cooking skills.
